Type Approval

The mission of Type Approval dept. is to perform Customer Type Approvals and verify the Radio Systems compliancy to the National and International relevant Standard.

Main activities:

• To perform equipment and Radio System Type Approval. In detail, to perform qualification and homologation activities of low, medium, and high capacity PDH/SDH Radio Systems, keeping as a reference the project and/or customer specification, and the National/International relevant Standard.



• Equipment/Radio System Validation, in order to document the spectrum compliancy to National/International relevant requests and Standards, particularly toward European Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment (R&TTE) Directive 1999/5/EC and American Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
