  • continuous improvement of the System’s efficiency, as foundation of the SGQ management
  • continuous Customer consultation
The following principles are applied to internal management:
  • ongoing improvement of the quality standards/indicators opportunities for continuous professional development for all staff
  • continuous monitoring of progress and review of the tasks
  • working in close liaison with fully-qualified service and product providers

It will be the duty of each manager, at any level, to adopt as a daily practice the above standards.
