pre-series equipment driving the purchasing activities

To launch the construction of pre-series
equipment according to the customer request. The activity
progress is continuously monitored to guarantee all materials
availability according to the validation plan.
The check of the pre-series documentation
correctness and the evolution of the status
of the part numbers involved, in order to eliminate possible
problems before the mass production.
To carry out all the changes or the
upgrading decided by the relevant R&D, during the
prototypes and pre-series phases.
According to the customer needs,
to check the pre-series equipments, both at unit and
system level, with the aim to verify
the availability and the completeness
of the Test Procedure documents necessary to test

characteristics according to the limits mentioned
inside the Test Procedures

related to performances or industrialization flow

To train and to support manufacturing operators on first production lots with the purpose to speed up new product introduction phase.
To represent the first interface for any problems encountered during massive production in order to:
identify them clearly
solve them, if possible, with the resident knowledge
indicate to the customer the result of the internal investigation avoiding R&D time loss
be the only reference point for the customer Labs, implementing and testing, out of production, the suggestion or modification proposed to solve the existing problem
