Capability

Taking advantage of the skills and knowledge acquired during years of experience, Linkra offers its Customers a complete set of services related to the production flow including initial development, production, management and after sales assistance as described below:

New Product Introduction: supports the Customer’s Labs. in prototype and preseries activities with the purpose to eliminate technical problems as well as process defects that can affect initial mass production
Industrial Engineering: analyzing the product structure and features, proposes and shares with the Customers the best manufacturing processes and test solutions realizing all the Automatic Test Equipment (HW & SW) necessary to optimize times and costs without compromising quality
Type Approval: performs equipment and system type approval and new product validation in order to verify and certify International Standard compliance mainly for R&TTE Directive
Supply Chain: is in charge of processing the Customer’s orders, planning the production activity with the aim to respect the agreed delivery time and to satisfy any Customer’s needs
Purchasing Dept.: according to the Customer’s orders planned by Supply Chain has the main task to procure the electrical / mechanical parts of the equipment to be produced at the right time and in the correct quantity
Production: tests and the assemblies all the parts that compose the final product starting from the lower level of a single board to a complete and complex systems in accordance with the Customer’s specifications
Production Engineering: guarantees technical support to the Production Lines for all the issues linked to the manufacturing processes and keeps under control all the production phases with the purpose to suggest and to implement process improvements

Repair & Maintenance: supports the Customers for maintenance and repair activities for all the products manufactured by Linkra and other manufacturers. Guarantees the Customer’s assistance during the product life cycle and beyond in accordance with the existing commercial agreements
Quality: supervises all the activities performed in Linkra and the relevant performances. Verifies and guarantees the respect and the application of the quality standards implementations any improvements necessary to reach the complete Customer satisfaction
